Non-Faulty Items
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. You will need to e-mail us through our contacts page. If you return a non-faulty item, selected products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This normally applies to the larger items i.e furniture items, pedal cars etc.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it, upon delivery.
On receipt of the goods returned, we will issue you with a refund deducting postage costs. Please note we do not refund any postage costs.
As we can only issue a refund when the goods are received, we suggest obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office (free of charge).
On receipt of your e-mail we will provide you with a reference number. The reference number must be included in your parcel along with your order number, name and address.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect goods, you must contact us within 24 hours by e-mail through our contacts page. You will need to contact us before your order is returned, in order for us to decide on a reasonable delivery cost of the goods.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue you with a refund (including your return postage) or offer you with a replacement. When returning the item, it must be returned in the same condition you received it upon delivery.
