Ordering
All orders are processed within 2-5 working days.
Stock
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by e-mail, to offer you the next available delivery date or a refund.
Payment
We accept all major debit/credit cards and a valid Paypal account through the Paypal payment gateway.
Payment is also accepted by cheque/postal orders for UK residents only. When you reach the checkout please select the cheque/postal order option. When you send the payment, please include a copy of your order.

On the reverse of the cheque, please include your order number, cheque guarantee card number and your address. Your goods will be dispatched once we have cleared funds in our bank account.
Delivery
Our delivery charge depends on the weight of the product starting at 50p up to £6.90. All our orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcels, may be sent by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery for an extra charge. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery but, most orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. For personalised products please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please contact us for Recorded, special delivery and International delivery costs.
